• Account information: When a trainer creates an account we store their name and email address. Trainers authenticate with an email and password or a third-party sign-in (such as Google).
• Client information: Trainers may add client names and assign each client a unique key code so the client can access their workouts on their own device.
• Workout and performance data: The App stores workout assignments, sets, reps, weights, times, distances, and completion history. This data is linked to the relevant trainer and client accounts.
• Messages and notes: Trainers and clients may exchange notes and feedback within the App. This content is stored so both sides can refer back to it.
• Device and usage information: We collect basic device identifiers and usage analytics needed to operate the App, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage trainer and client accounts.
• To deliver assigned workouts and track exercise results.
• To display progress over time for trainers and their clients.
• To send push notifications about new workouts, messages, or updates.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain and improve the App's features and performance.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only in the following limited ways:

• Between trainers and their clients: A trainer can see workout data and notes for clients they have added. A client can see the workouts and notes their trainer has assigned to them.
• Service providers: We use trusted cloud infrastructure and authentication providers to host and secure the App. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of T2 Training Systems, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and workout data for as long as the account is active. Trainers may delete client records and associated data from within the App. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications to alert you about new workouts, messages, or app updates. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated access controls, and row-level database security policies that restrict each user to their own data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adult trainers and their clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Trainers can manage their own account and client data from within the App. For additional requests, contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
